Joakim graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, with a bachelor degree in Economics. He co-founded Octogone Gestión S.A. in 1995 with Gilles Lambotte and Urs Hodler, whom he met while working at Bearbull in Geneva Switzerland. Previously he worked for the Swiss private bank, Ferrier Lullin & Cie, as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to that he worked in Norway, at the Investment Department of Orkla Borregaard, a major Norwegian financial and industrial corporation. He began his professional career by working for Brown Brothers Harriman.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School, USA, and a degree in Statistics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He served as an Economist Advisor at the Central Bank for 9 years before joining the Santander Group. He founded FIT Research, a leading company in Financial Asset Management for high-net-worth clients, as well as WAC Research. He is a columnist for prestigious Chilean print media, a panelist on Global Economy at Radio El Conquistador, and a visiting professor at the University of Notre Dame's School of Business since 1996. He joined Octogone in December 2011, leading the office for Latin America.

He is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the University of Chile with specializations in the United States, Europe, and Asia, including the Financial Management Program at Stanford University. He worked at Citibank/Citicorp for 30 years in Chile, Japan, and the United States. He served as the Managing Director of Markets for Citibank Chile and the South Cone, Regional Managing Director of Markets for Latin America and the Caribbean and a member of Citi’s Executive Management Committee for the region. He also held the position of Corporate and Investment Banking Managing Director at Banco de Chile. Currently, he works as a financial advisor in Investments and Corporate Finance, including serving on the boards of Family and Multifamily Offices.

He is a Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has been involved in the financial sector since 1988. He has worked at AFP Provida, Citibank, Quiñenco BBVA Chile. From 2004 onwards, he served as a Managing Director in the Private Wealth Management sector, first at Deutsche Bank Chile from 2004 to 2016, and then at Bank Julius Baer from 2017 to 2018. He joined Octogone Chile in 2019.

He holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Chile, and a degree in Business and Administration (BA) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He worked for seven years in the international bond market. He has worked at Munita, Cruzat & Claro, a financial services company in Chile, as well as WAC Research and Banco Penta, where he served as the International Fixed Income Trading Manager. Pedro joined Octogone in 2011.

He holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Adolfo Ibáñez University and a degree in Business and Administration (BA) from the same university. He worked for six years in Wealth Management at Larrain Vial. In 2019, he graduated from the AFP Advanced Finance Program at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School. He joined Octogone Chile in 2016.

He holds an MBA from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, a Master's degree in Finance from the Adolfo Ibáñez University of Chile, and a degree in Business and Administration (BA) from the same university. He worked for seven years in the financial market, specializing in both equity and fixed income. He has worked at Celfin Capital, a brokerage firm, and as a senior research analyst at Penta Vida, a life insurance company in Chile. He joined Octogone Chile in 2012.

She is a Business and Administration (BA) from the Finis Terrae University in Chile. She worked at Larrain Vial for 8 years as a Commercial Assistant for Brokers in the Wealth Management area before joining Octogone Chile in 2015.
